Sanje has completed document digitization services for Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs. Under this project company has digitized over 50,000 employee files and records government staff and uploaded in to electronic document management solution.

Microsoft SharePoint Solution for Ministry of Justice Sri Lanka

Sanje has provided electronic document management solution to Ministry of Justice Sri Lanka. In addition to managment of documents and records, solution provides digital workflows to several business processes within the Ministry.

State Trading Organization Maldives - Microsoft SharePoint & Kofax based Document Management Solution

Sanje has implemented comprehensive electronic document management environment to State Trading Organization Maldives. STO is the largest trading organization in Maldives with nation-wide presense. The solution use Microsoft SharePoint Server as electronic document management environment while Kofax Express and Fujitsu Document Scanners provide the capture platform. The solution also consists with several workflows automating and linking critical business processes within the organization.

OCR Solution for Sri Lanka Customs

Sanje awarded the contract for providing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software solution for Customs Department of Sri Lanka. This solution aimed at automatically capture content from various documents within the department including forms and applications. Sanje has use Kofax Technology in this project to provide advanced recognition functionalities.

Live document processing services for Peoples Group - Sri Lanka

Sanje Private Limited is providing live document processing services for Peoples Group of Companies including Peoples Leasing, Peoples Insurance and Peoples Finance. Under these services we provide document pre-processing, digitization and indexing services and released into destination document management solutions of each of the company.

Books Digitization Services for National Science Foundation Sri Lanka

Sanje is providing library books digitization services for National Science Foundation. Under this project over 10,000 books digitized and full-text content created allowing online search and manipulation of local books including thesis, research papers and scientific materials.

Previously Sanje has provided similar services to Library of Central Bank - Sri Lanka, Department of Agricultural Development, Library of Open University of Sri Lanka and several other private and public libraries.

National Archives of Brunei - Launch

Brunei Government has launched the e-Arkib project early February 2012. Sanje has provided the consulatancy, document conversion services and software solutions for e-Arkib project for National Archives of Brunei Darussalam and Mueseums Department.
