Consutancy Services for Agro Harpan Lestari (Private) Limited - Mail Room Solution

Sanje Consultancy Department signed contract to provide consultancy services for Agro Harpan Lestari (Private) Limited to establish mail room environment with state of art document capture equipment and solutions.

Under this project Sanje Consultancy team will support Agro to establish centralized document capture environment with industry standard document capture and business processes.

Sanje won contract for BMD Project of Badulla & Rathnapura Districts

Department of Public Administration and Home Affairs awarded the contract of Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates digitization services of Rathnapura and Badulla Districts to Sanje Lanka Private Limited. Under this project Sanje will digitize approximately 3 million public documents belongs to 17 Divisional Secretariat offices while creating meta databases and content repositories for destination electronic document management solution.

FutureGov 2010 - ICT Forum

FutureGov 2010 Forum held in Colombo Sri Lanka during 28^th and 29^th October 2010. ICTA Agency of Sri Lanka hosted the event with the participation of 300+ Government Sector & Private Sector Administrative and Senior Management officers representing Asia Pacific Region.

Number of speakers representing various countries presents their views, ideas and plans for successful operation of governments with the help of information and communication technology. In his speech Mr. D. Dissanayake, The Secretary of Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs - Sri Lanka praise success of BMD project as ‘BMD project is greater achievement in Sri Lanka’s ICT industry’.

BMD project initiated by ICTA together with Register Generals Department and Colombo District Secretariat Office in order to manage all the Birth, Marriage and Death certificates in digital format and issue using ICT enabled electronic workflows. This project was designed, developed, implemented and support by Sanje Lanka Private Limited.

Data Extraction Services for Central Bank of Sri Lanka - EPF Division

Sanje Lanka Private Limited signed contract with Central Bank of Sri Lanka today (20th October 2010 )to provide professional services for data extraction of EPF forms. Under this contract Sanje will provide fully outsourced services for data validation, extraction, process and presentation of EPF application related data using advanced data processing and imaging technologies.

Mrs. Dheerasinghe, Superintendent of Employee Provident Fund signed contract on behalf of Central Bank while Mr. Wasantha Weerakoon, Chairman of Sanje Lanka Private Limited and Mrs. Madhu Weerakoon, Director of Sanje Private Limited signed on behalf of Service Provider.

Book Scanning Services for Sri Lanka Agri Cultural Land Registry

Sanje has successfully completed the book scanning services for Agri Cultural Land Registry project under Department of Agrarian Services Sri Lanka. Approximately 500,000 pages of Island wide Land Registries digitized, indexed and built the centralized and distributed electronic repositories for online search and issuance of print copies to general public and various government agencies on request.

Form-less Document Systems, the enterprise electronic document management software has customized to address unique issuance requirement of Department of Agrarian Services under this project and solution will be functional throughout the country (through divisional Agrarian Services Centers) from mid November 2010 with the aim of facilitate efficient e-Govermnent service to general public.

Advanced book scanning technologies used in large scale for the first time in Sri Lanka under this project to ensure integrity and safty of valuable public documents. All the documents digitized without unbinding using planetary capture model book scanner with advanced recognition and image quality enhancement software from Kofax to ensure standard output with best quality levels.
