Brunei Department of Museum has chosen Sanje Lanka Private Limited as Consultants and Solution Provider for implementation of Enterprise Archive Management Solution Project under Brunei E-Government Framework. This solution is designed with Sanje Lanka’s flagship product; Form-less Document Systems with several other international enterprise products to covering entire functionalities of Brunei National Archives starting from document acknowledgement, transformation, internal & public workflows, enterprise search & retrieval, archive management and life cycle management. Sanje Lanka Private Limited commenced the project on 28th March 2009 with its international partners in Brunei Darussalam, CF King Enterprise for Hardware & Infrastructure Implementation and G4S for document capture and data extraction services. Project is planned to be on live run by the end of 2010.
This solution included capturing of several million documents including confidential and public government records, historical documents and publications, video & audio files, microfilms, films, maps, newspapers and historical books and various other achievable documents. Sanje Lanka provides consultation and implementation services for capture management workflows and manage overall capture process throughout this project to ensure all the records capture under international capture standards, which ensure the capability to provide efficient retrievals to both internal and public users meeting international archival standards.
The electronic archive management solution consist with Enterprise Search and Retrieval Module, Capture Management Workflow Module, Record Management Workflow Module, Public Gateway Portal with Membership Management Module, E-Payment Gateway, Digital Asset Management Module, Government Email Archive Module, Back up and Disaster Recovery Management Module with DR Center, Standard Security and Administration Module, Enterprise Workflow Management Module, BI and Report Module, Enterprise Print Module, Multiple Language support and Thesaurus features to provide comprehensive environment with fully automated functionalities. The overall solution is based on Microsoft technologies and various specialized international products that will integrate with Form-less Documents Systems Version 3.0 including Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Kofax Capture 8.0, and Microsoft Data Protection Manager, Adobe Production Premium Suit and various Kodak and Fujitsu Capture Management applications.
