Sanje Lanka has been selected by Tigo , one of the leading mobile communications operator in Sri Lanka, for capture and archiving of its mobile application forms.
Under the project Sanje Lanka offers, a comprehensive end to end solution from document receipt to image capture, quality assurance, indexing and retrieval management software as well. On the deployment completion Tigo will be faciliated with online retrieval of customer related information quickly helping the customer services presonnel to act respondly quickly to customer and management queries.
Solution is based on Sanje Lanka's flagship product e-FDS ( Formless Document Systems) solution which is developed based on popular AJAX based technology. Solution also includes workflow and sharepoint integration and has won awards and has been implemented in large public and private enterprised delivering advance document management solutions.

Sanje Lanka has been selected to implement BMD
Sanje Lanka has been selected to implement National Birth Death and Marriage certificate issuing system and has successfully implemented the Colombo District.
The project comprise of converting 6 million pages of different certificates and implement a retrieval and issuing work flow for the same in 13 different District Secretariats. The implementation has eanabled citizens to obtain copies of their certificates in matter of minutes rather than days as it used to be. This project has been one of the most successful e government projects implemented in Sri Lanka, where citizen were going through major delays in obtaining copies of their vital records due to the limitations of physical media restrictions as well as general in efficiencies of the system. The complete process re engineered project has implemented many industry best practices and use state of the art technology to deliver the goals.
The newly implemented solution has been cordinated by ICTA agency and is championed by Mr G.A.J.Sylvester, District Secretary, Colombo.
