The world leader in insurance Chartis has chosen Sanje Lanka Private Limited to implement enterprise document management solution with outsourced professional document digitization services for all the business areas of Sri Lankan operations. Under this project Chartis Sri Lanka is using Form-less Document Systems 3.0 as their enterprise document management solution while all the professional document capture services are delivered by Sanje Operations as fully outsourced operation.
Form-less Document Systems will be facilitated enterprise search, advanced document management, online retrieval & manipulation, higher security, retention policy management & life cycle management and disaster recovery management as key objectives of this initiative.
